Is PurriaCraft free to join?

Yes. You only need a Java Edition Minecraft account — there's no whitelist fee, subscription, or pay-to-win store.

Do I have to use the launcher?

No. The launcher just automates joining and keeps the recommended mod-pack updated. You can always add play.purriacraft.net manually through vanilla Minecraft instead.

What Minecraft version does the server run?

The latest stable Java Edition release. The launcher tracks version updates automatically, so you don't have to change anything when the server updates.

Are my builds actually safe from griefing?

Land is protected by a claim system the moment you place your first block, and staff actively moderate reports — griefing and theft are against the rules and enforced.

Can I use my own client-side mods?

Cosmetic and utility client-side mods are fine. Anything that gives an unfair gameplay advantage isn't allowed — the full list is pinned in the Discord.
